Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I access my records that are in storage? To access your records please fill out a requisition form or call our office at 386-239-3527.
2. How long does it take to get my records? If a record or file is requested before 9:30 AM between Monday and Friday we can deliver to your office that day at no extra charge. For orders received after 9:30 AM the standard delivery time is about one business day. One hour delivery is also available for an extra fee.
3. How are the records organized? Each file box and each file within the boxes are given a unique coded label. This label is scannable and used to access the records easily upon request.
